Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and are shipped anywhere in the USA. Shipping is calculated by weight, package dimensions and destination location. I ship via USPS, which takes around 3 - 8 business days.

I do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. The shipping rates I use are those charged by the USPS post office. Please contact me with the following information: items to purchase, country, city, and postal code that the items are to be shipped to. I would be happy to get a couple shipping quotes and options for you.

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Return and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.

If a refund is issued, you will receive the cost of the item, minus fees and shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. For the protection of both parties, please be sure to purchase delivery confirmation for your return as I cannot be held responsible for the loss of returns. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after the refund agreement. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned in it's original condition. All sales are FINAL after 15 days.
